This apartment is new in the market (since April 2015) and is situated in a beautiful, small private condominium surrounded by natural areas in an excellent, calm location. Walking to Falésia Beach or to the Marina is just about 10/15 minutes or 5 minutes by bike. The apartment has two nice bedrooms, both en suite, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and two large terraces, where you can take your meals or relax on the sunbeds. As it is on the ground floor and has no stairs to access terraces, pool and gardens and it is integrated in a low building complex, it feels and looks very much like a house rather than an apartment and is ideal for families. It faces south and has a good sun exposure. Most equipment and furniture are new and of good quality. If you have a car, you can park it easily outside the complex or in the private garage direct under the apartment. If you don’t rent a car, we will be pleased to pick you up at the airport (please contact us to confirm availability). The property is ideal for resting, but if you prefer an active holiday you have up to 5 bikes at your disposal free of charge. If during your stay you need any help, we’ll be pleased to help, give advice or solve any problem. Free Internet available (fibre, 64 Mb) in the whole apartment through Wi Fi.
Kitchen: Equipped with four zone touch control induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric griller, electric water boiler, microwave, electric coffeemaker, electric toaster, etc. The kitchen has two large door windows with direct access to a terrace with dining table.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 - toilet, bidet, washbasin and bathtub with shower
Bathroom 2 – toilet, bidet, washbasin and bathtub with shower
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom (en suite): spacious, well decorated, two windows facing south and west (sunny in the morning and in the afternoon), comfortable, large double bed (1, 60 m). Furniture and bed with very comfortable mattress are new.
Second bedroom (also en suite). Smaller, but very cozy and has two windows facing east and south (sunny in the morning). Double bed (1, 40 m) with very comfortable new mattress.
Pool: The shared outdoor pool (unheated) is very calm, surrounded by a garden area and situated in the middle of the complex less than 50 metres from the apartment.
